MCGOVERN PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSOCIATES ENHANCES PATIENT SERVICES WITH NEW TALENT AND PROMOTIONS

October 11, 2005 – McGovern Physical Therapy Associates, the personal care professionals, announces it has enhanced its resources by adding a new therapist to its team and by promoting another. Alyssa A. Klein, MPT, has joined the practice as a Staff Therapist and Glenn R. D’Addario, MSPT has been promoted from Staff Therapist to Clinical Director of the Malden clinic.

“We welcome a new and talented individual, whom I am confident will increase our effectiveness as a full service physical therapy provider,” says Kevin J. McGovern, PT, CSCS, president of McGovern Physical Therapy Associates. “Plus, I am always happy to be able to promote a member of the MPTA family. I encourage both Alyssa and Glenn with their continued professional growth here.”
Miss Alyssa A. Klein, MPT, will practice mainly in the Revere clinic. With the other Staff Therapists, Miss Klein will be responsible for all therapeutic care including evaluation and treatment of a varied community of patients. Alyssa joins the company with over five years of clinical experience from outpatient settings and hospitals. Miss Klein earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health-Science Studies from Quinnipiac College, and her Masters in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. She is originally from Long Island, NY but is currently a resident of Brighton, MA.

Mr. Glenn R. D’Addario, MSPT is the Clinical Director of the Malden office. Mr. D’Addario will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical care and services, quality control, communications and finance for the Malden clinic. Glenn joined MPTA, as a Staff Therapist in Revere, over two years ago. Mr. D’Addario earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Notre Dame College and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce College, in Manchester, NH. He is originally from Swampscott, MA, but is currently a resident of Salem, MA.
